This limited warranty is valid only in Thailand. This includes products without international warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW Warranty service shall be performed by Xiaomi service center directly or Xiaomi authorized service center only.
Xiaomi may perform diagnostic tests on the customer's product to determine the cause of fault/defect before sending the product for inspection. The customer should back up and remove any confidential information from the product. Xiaomi is not responsible for any damage or loss to the program, data or removable storage media.
Before contacting a Xiaomi service representative, please have the following information ready:
Model number, serial number, and IMEI number, if applicable
Address and contact phone number of the customer
Order number Copy of purchase order/copy of customer receipt
The repaired product/part is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days after the repair completion date, whichever is longer.
The warranty period will continue in the event that the product is found to be defective after receiving the official OTA upgrade from Xiaomi. (No hardware defects)
Conditions and exclusions are not guaranteed.
Serial Number The product's IMEI number has been modified, deleted, crossed out, destroyed, or lost to be unreadable. or any accessory/part of the product is lost.
