Limited Warranty Terms
This limited warranty only applies to Xiaomi products due to malfunctions of the mobile phone under normal use conditions. and is under the consideration of the Company The company will provide free repair service within the warranty period.

Warranty is based on proof of purchase documents.

Additional requirements
This limited warranty is valid only in Thailand. This includes products without international warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW Warranty service shall be performed by Xiaomi service center directly or Xiaomi authorized service center only.
Xiaomi may perform diagnostic tests on the customer's product to determine the cause of fault/defect before sending the product for inspection. The customer should back up and remove any confidential information from the product. Xiaomi is not responsible for any damage or loss to the program, data or removable storage media.
Before contacting a Xiaomi service representative, please have the following information ready:

Model number, serial number, and IMEI number, if applicable

Address and contact phone number of the customer

Order number Copy of purchase order/copy of customer receipt

The repaired product/part is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days after the repair completion date, whichever is longer.
The warranty period will continue in the event that the product is found to be defective after receiving the official OTA upgrade from Xiaomi. (No hardware defects)
Conditions and exclusions are not guaranteed.

Serial Number The product's IMEI number has been modified, deleted, crossed out, destroyed, or lost to be unreadable. or any accessory/part of the product is lost.

Damage caused on/on the exterior surface of the product including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the outside of the screen, camera lens, buttons and other attachments.

Wear and tear from normal use and tear, corrosion, rusting or staining.

Any other cases that conflict or are not in accordance with the Code of Business Conduct

Xiaomi will consider that the product Whether it is "under warranty" or not is up to the Company's discretion in accordance with the above standards. Out-of-warranty product repair will occur when the customer receives a quote of the cost of repairing the product directly from Xiaomi's service center and the customer has paid the cost.
